Installation and start-up

Installation of the RUN.E+ and Run.4 gps trackers is simple and quick, however, Trackap recommends always going through an approved professional otherwise there is a risk of compromising the manufacturer's warranty on electronic parts.

You simply need to connect the tracer to a connector on the motor (see instructions) and place it so that you can
close the cover.

Important: the installation of the RUN.E+ Bosch generation 4, Bosch smart system and Shimano headlight socket must be carried out by a professional (store or by an approved Bosch or Shimano service provider). The use of a Bosch/Shimano case is necessary to activate the accessory socket of Bosch motors and the headlight socket of Shimano motors.

Installation time is approximately 15-20 mins

Getting started with the GPS tracker

Once connected, the Trackap mobile application will allow you to view your vehicle's journeys, have access to all your data and usage statistics, as well as receive maintenance and suspicious movement alerts.
